Meet Dave
Being able to spend most of every day in Arlington is so wonderful for Dave. A town he believes still has much of the 1950's feel to it. Being
connected to the community is what makes Dave feel very fortunate. Whether its at the Town Clerks Office or the Building Department he
knows them and they know him, it is this community feeling that is so important to him. At the Arlington Town Meeting is another way Dave
feels connected and has a chance to give back to the community he loves.
Dave gets that same hello and friendly greeting from past clients. It was never just a transaction to Dave, it was a commitment that started
during that time and is continued with them into the future. Whether it's the free Notary service he offers, passing on area advice, or learning
about the birth of a past client's child it is that connection with these Arlington families that is special to him. Arlington is such a great
community, which is most apparent during the Town Day events, the Patriots Day Parade, going to the Robbins Library, or watching an
outside movie at Robbins Farm Park. There is no greater satisfaction than working with 110% effort to help families sell or buy a home in

After recently helping a growing family sell their condos in an East Arlington 2-Family and buy an Arlington house Dave had this satisfaction
threefold. Two couples purchased their condos and the growing family now has a house with a yard for the kids. All three families will be
able to enjoy living in this wonderful town.
